Terms of Use for Ofleadership Tree Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use ofleadership.garden and the services Ofleadership Tree Service offers through it. By browsing the site, calling the number on it or sending a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Do

Ofleadership Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you are matched with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and behavior. We do not hire, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, what work they do or what results you get.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Contact by Phone, Text or Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach out about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop contact, email contact@ofleadership.garden at any time.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this site belong to Ofleadership Tree Service or those who license it to us. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Ofleadership Tree Service is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
