Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Ofleadership Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Ofleadership Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work at your property went badly, start by taking it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Note that Ofleadership Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide things for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@ofleadership.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
